Identifying the Form and Beginning Painting

In the Forms dialog, you specify the name of the form, the application directory location, and the tag.

Because this form is destined to manage customer information, assume that you assign it the name fcustomer. For now, assume that the default directory location (the root application directory-ZIM) is acceptable.

1. Type the name for the form:

fcustomer

2. Select the PAINT option from the EDIT menu item to begin painting.

Before you start to paint, the Development Center asks "Save this new form?" (i.e., under the form name).

3. Select the Yes button to save the form name.
4. A message appears indicating that form fcustomer has been created.
