NamedSets

Defines named sets. A named set is a programming object that identifies the components of a set that is used regularly in an application.

Establishing a Named Set

Call up the Development Center with the DC command, select NAMED SETS from the OBJECTS drop-down menu, and use the tools of the Development Center to define the desired set.

Fields of the NamedSets Entity Set

Attributes	Description
SetName	Name of the set
DirName	Application directory location of the constant
ObjectKey	A unique identifier assigned by the Development Center
SetSpec	Set specification
AvgSize	Approximate size of the set
