Painting a Window

When you access the Screen Painter using a WINDOW DEFINE command, the image of a window appears (either a default window or the specified window). You can edit the various attributes of the window; if any of the attributes affects appearance, the Screen Painter immediately adjusts the image accordingly.

When the Painter opens, a default window object appears. Select the window, and choose ATTRIBUTES from the EDIT drop-down menu. The Edit Window dialog box appears. Complete the dialog box (and its child dialog boxes) using information appropriate to the type of window that you wish to define. The Screen Painter stores window attributes in the Object Dictionary entity set Windows.
