The items in the Edit menu apply to the currently selected objects.
| Undo | This item undoes the previous operation. If the previous operation was itself an Undo, then the original operation is redone (Redo). |
| Cut | This item deletes the currently selected object(s) from the layout and copies them to the Zim $clippath directory. |
| Copy | This item copies the currently selected object(s) to the Zim $clippath directory. |
| Paste | This item pastes the object(s) that reside in the Zim $clippath directory into your current layout. |
| Clear | This item deletes the currently selected object(s) from your current layout. |
| Duplicate | This item duplicates the currently selected object(s). |
| Select All | This item selects the objects in your current layout. |
| Attributes | This item displays the Attribute Edit dialog specific to (each of) the currently selected object(s). |
| Transform | This item displays the Transform dialog for each of the currently selected object(s) enabling you to transform a form field of one type into another type. |
