Using Help in the Screen Painter

Context sensitive help is available in most places throughout the Screen Painter. Help can be accessed in three different ways, although not all methods are available in all cases.

• Where a window has a menu, Help is usually available from that menu.

• In layout mode, press Shift+F1. The cursor turns into the "help" cursor (an arrow with a question mark). Position the "help" cursor anywhere within the Screen Painter's main window, or on any one of the menu items and click on the left mouse button.

• In dialogs click on the Help push button or press F1.

Help topics are cross-referenced so you can explore other topics once you are in the help system. The help system also provides an extensive keyword-searching capability.
