Constructing a Tab Control

The Tab Control Constructor builds a Tab Control in a form using existing Zim widgets, i.e. frames and form fields. In previous versions of Zim, the Tab Control was painted by hand. The Tab Control Constructor builds the required widgets, leaving the developer to concentrate on the painting of widgets used in table maintenance.
