Control Windows

A control window is similar to an application window. It generates a window, a menu, and a form. The default form displays a bitmap. Typically, control windows are used simply to launch other windows within a subarea of the application. Control window components do not have an associated event loop program and do not handle EXIT and EXITAPPLICATION in any special way.

When you edit an control window component, dialogs similar to the ones used for application windows are displayed.
